Every VINWEAR piece is made to order and each customer is issued a unique VIN — which means your garment is built specifically for you. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Because every VINWEAR garment is personalized with your unique VIN, all orders require a VIN assignment and verification period before being released to production. This typically takes 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order clears this step, it moves into production and fulfillment through our print partner, Printful.
Production & Fulfillment
After processing, your order enters production. On average, production takes 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, and more than half ship within 3 business days or fewer.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the items in your order. Rates are determined by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and are subject to change.
For express shipping availability and current rate information, please proceed to checkout where rates will be displayed before your order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's tracking system.

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. This can occur when:
- Items are fulfilled at different production facilities
- Certain products (such as hats and headwear) require individual packaging to protect their shape
If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. VINWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, we recommend waiting 1–2 additional business days as shipments can occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, etc.).
